my memory keeps getting worse

I noticed when i was drinking 5 cups of coffee a day 2 years ago, my memory was way worse than usual. I quit for a year and i went back to normal but then i relapsed recently and my memory has gone to shit again. I feel like i have dementia since i forget basic facts like the nationality of a classmate's father for example. I never thought i had a bad memory till recently so its triggering me. i guess ill have to quit caffeine
