I haven't seen a single person on the entire internet with the jaw situation similar to mine, I have no idea what to do.

Trust me, you don't control it one bit.


I hide it 24/7 by keeping my incissors touching. As my mentalis strain is a result of my jaw being too tall and badly rotated, keeping them touching makes ig dissapear.


However, it makes my jaw and chin appear short so I really have to find a cure for it.

Recessed lower jaw only? Probably either BSSO or BSSO+genioplasty. This is something that a normal concern for maxillofacial surgeons to deal with so they could probably give you a better assessment with an x-ray.
