Whenever my face retain water or bloating I know it’s because I am dehydrated so I chug 800-1000ml with 2 Vitassium capsules(500mg sodium 200mg potassium) of water in under 5mins max, if I sip it through it wouldn’t work.
Then few mins later my face is debloated again
