My MFR varies so how do I get a true undistorted photo of my face

I measured my MFR with a caliper and it’s 1.0 every time (made sure it was exact) but in photos 3 feet away from mirror it’s 0.93 and 6 feet away from phone camera it’s also 0.93 so which is correct? In real life measurment or those two methods from both. And how do I get a true undistorted photo if those two are incorrect?

what i noticed from doing alot of facial analysis is that. regardless of using backcam or an id pic or a distancepic. the ratio stays the same. ur fwhr is fucked from a phone cam and so it is from an id pic. whatever tiers ur ratio is. it stays that way
