My midface ratio is overly compact

I'm diagnosed autistic so I think that might have caused it but my midface ratio is 1.15 which is so compact which is crazy and can't be fixed. I need to mouth breath more jfl

Also my facial bone structure is strong and is faintly distinguished despite me being currently obese but it doesn't take away from fact my face is crazy compact like 1.15 lol but maybe it helps idk

1.15 is fine. Anything between 0.9-1.2 is at least manageable and can harmonize well. Anything over/under that is pretty much death tier and VERY hard for it to harmonize .
