Every time I talk to a girl and I start to feel some connection or chemistry, I completely freeze up when it gets to the flirting stage. It’s weird because I can feel that she’s into it too like we’re vibing but when the moment comes to take it further (like make it playful, sexual, or show real interest), something inside me just pulls the brakes hard.
It’s not that I don’t want it, I do. But it’s like I suddenly feel uncomfortable or even repelled, as if I can’t mentally commit to escalating things. And I don’t know why.
