And I wondered, why do u care about this? It's odd. You have seen me not being able to sleep for months, not even a cent on my bank account, not eating, full of issues and anxiety. I beg for help and she does not care. Why does she care about this cigarette? Why.

I am good at psychology but it's difficult to rationalize because it does not follow logic and seems... delusional. That's where it is. Whatever she has, delusional thinking is part of it.
