same but they want the best for you honeslty, getting as lean as guys tell you on here will make you more unhealthy, but better looking, you gotta decide, my mum used to cry when i was sub9% bf but im also boneless thats why i looked unhealthy, i fainted twice i think then i bulked up to 17% now im around 15% trynna get to sub12%
