My mom got surgery but wont let me get surgery

When I talked to my mom about getting rhinoplasty and le fort she was very against it. She said she hated the idea of me getting facial surgery unless it is medically needed. But when my mom was younger she had rhinoplasty and zygo fillers. This makes no sense, how do i convince her

you could do it in a foreign country and just tell her ur going on a solo vacation but don't say anything abt the surgery

and also wym lefort and rhino? bc lefort changes your nose so
