Short story: Found out my mom had a growth spurt at 18 and it lasted until 20 years old and she grew 5 or 7 cm with bad sleep,extrem stress,bad diet,etc.
And I am fucking shocked she grew from these habits. And according to ai if she used her full potential she could grew 12 or 15 cm maybe even taller than my grandpa (her dad) 185 cm tall.
I think I need to grind for the months cuz my growth spurt started 1 month ago and it only start from now on..
