My mom is becoming a psycho after discovering Tiktok

Now every time I take a glance I catch her swiping on tiktok. She never used to use her phone that much. She is depressed and angry lately for no reason. I feel like watching too much Chad and people showing off their fancy lifestyle has affected her mental health.

What can I do to help her??

These social media platforms are all cancer, they do more damage than good.

Hopefully she will not divorce my poor dad.
