What should I say at the sessions that make sense so I can get it over with? I don’t want to have to end up being stuck there, so lying to them is the only option atp.

Just don't go. You cannot be forced unless you're a young teenager. In that case, just spew garbage and don't fight back on any of the therapists points. Nothing complicated, just common sense, you need the proper impulse control though.

They think my grades are a symptom of my mental, I had good ones last year and bad ones this year and stopped talking to people as well since learning about the extent of lookism affected my mental badly for a while even though I think it was worth it. Idk why I told them, they riled me up and got me emotional enough to say these things. Ridiculous tbh. Ngl I wish I could tell them about looksmaxxing but my parents are bluepilled and wouldn’t even approve of surgeries like rhinoplasty
