they also ask your parents and might contact your school, so act really unfocused in school and be forgetful of tasks your parents give you(semi worked for me i just got vyvanse)

It was 18 questions ranging from not at all to very much she just asked me and I answered

Overexxagerate if u want doctors cant tell they'll give u the meds no problem
