The problem is I live in Canada, it’s illegal to sell it here and I have zero clue what to do

Other countries where raw milk is legal have strict laws about the cleanliness (I think)

I just have zero clue where I can find good raw milk also I don’t think anyone is selling to a 14 year old

well its good you have low inhib parents
ask what they feed their cows and how much general care they have over them. best is grass fed, anything else is not optimal.
