ill give some tips i dont usually see on this forum

1. dont sleep later than 10 pm because thats right before most of the hgh secretion happens at night

2. do not sleep 1 hour earlier/later than the previous day, u can only fluctuate it by half an hour, otherwise u lose bonus hgh effects

3. spam eggs (high in bone-aiding nutrients like vit D, K2, calcium + amino acids that increase hgh at rest (+protein ofc)

4. might be psuedo-science but i think sleeping with ur legs stretched out (instead of curled or bowed) will enable them to grow more

5. also maybe psuedo-science but i think some mechanical stress can incentive bone growth like running (but dont run too much ofc)

ofc none of these will matter if ur bones are fused

i also have the same problem but kittle bit different example, my dad is a chad my mom is good but idk i feel that my dad is making fun of my looks especially height and my back skull (i have buzzcut rn) maybe iam schizophrenic or smth but i feel it that way
