bro dont try to make up an excuse for this. if youre using test and letrozole and your mom already found needles then hiding it is just gonna make it worse. tell her the truth and tell the doctor too because they actually need to know what youve been taking to interpret the bloodwork properly. 250mg test plus an aromatase inhibitor isnt some harmless supplement stack.
