I am getting braces and my teeth are too crowded so I “need an extraction.” I listed my concerns with my dentist and compelled him to try marpe instead of tooth extraction. He said I would be a good candidate for marpe but quote “it’s too much effort” my mom obviously doesn’t understand the permanent damage a tooth extraction will cause me. It’s so over.

Apreciate it bhai but I’ve already tried to educate my mom I should’ve put this in but I was supposed to get it in February. I’ve been pushing it back trying to educate my mom showing before and after and the evidence behind what I am saying. She works very hard and I’m so grateful for her to care and try to fix my teeth (they aren’t that bad only a gap between the two top teeth). I told her I would get braces when I’m older to prevent the financial burden on her but she still did it. We don’t have very much money and so I’m just gonna bite my tongue and thank her and be grateful. Thanks for the help tho bhai
