I was 135 pounds at 16 and now in my 20s I'm usually between 175 and 180 pounds at around the same body fat. Put in a lot of years of natural weight training and also do physical tasks a lot, but no gear required for that size gain.

It's actually very sad how many kids are fucking up their developing bodies with all this shit. They'll regret it in the long run, but by then it will be too late. At 16 you don't even have a developed enough brain to realize fully what you're doing to yourself
