I asked here last week to buy it for me cause i was tired of being short and bullied for my height. everyone always bullies me for how short i am my whole life. it's so brutal that I wanted to hop on hgh cause hgh is the only thing that can save me. but when i asked my mom she started asking questions like"why do you need that" and "what is that for" and she said that "no it's too dangerous". i'm so angry right now idk what to do cause i really dont want to stay short forever

Dude you're 13, you should wait. Some are 180 at 13, then end up at 181 at 20, while others are 150 and end up at 2 meters. Both of those scenarios are statistical anomalies but you get the idea. You should still closely track your progression, diet and growthplates though. If you don't grow, you can consider it later, but I would strongly advice you to just delay it for now.
