Find a deep web vendor who is selling pre shredded money (money that is going to be shreded by authoritys,basically real money that no longer has any value)
Buy a big amount of it for a fragment of its actual value (for example 10000€ for cheap)
Ship it to fake dropping adress,put on gloves and corona mask and go to your local exchange and turn it into dollars or your local currency
Try to avoid money exchanges in shopping mails and aim for small and not very popular money exchanges
Turn the money into dollars or your local currency
