My morning routine

I fast for the first 11 hours of the day

During the fast I take a cold plunge into ice cold water and stay in there for 15 minutes and then switch into my 60° celsius sauna for 5 minutes and cycle between the two for about an hour or two

I follow this up with an extreme hour long HIT exercise and lift weights and I go outside and run 20KM. Whilst I workout i listen to people like Andrew Tate, Andrew huberman and Chris Williamson.

The rest of the time I spent resting and i watch netflix as I do this

When the fast is finally over I take my 15 supplements and then


Bruh I cba to do the rest I ran out of jestermaxxing energy
