My mouth is fucking hurting

So my right wisdom tooth is almost completely out but its covered with a liitle bit of gum and everytime i chew it hurts badly, should i got to the dentist to get it removed or wait till it attaches to my mouth?

yeah the thing is that the left one is not even close to coming out, could be because of one side chewing or some like that?
