Is there a surgery that makes the lips and the mouth wider? How can I google if it’s available in my shithole of a country?

You can get mouth widening but I believe eppley in the only surgeon in the world to offer it

Not worth it, mouth widening is only offered by eppley, is very expensive and can leave you with scars. Unless you have a bean-sized mouth, you shouldnt bother.
 
You can stretch your mouth without surgery with an appliance or with your fingers. Was a guy on quora who managed to do it. I'm currently doing it too and it does seem promising

Not long, I started like 2 days ago and i see instant results after a session but it doesnt last for long. However like any soft tissue it should be able to get stretched permanently long term
What did you order?

There's an appliance called facialflex but its too expensive, I'm gonna look for an alternative

will be getting MARPE soon, well see, how much it affects my mouth. The expander is 12mm.

did you get SARPE or was it non-surgical?

I am pretty sure you can get MSE after you've healed, so its not completely over yet for you.
