My mum dont want me to sucide she makes me eat shit cuz if i dont she thinks i have an ed im trying to bulk rn and she says that im not healthy and that i need to put some fat on but im leanbulking so i wont.

I was cutting before sommer and then she Nearly put me in hospital for ed and i dont know what to do

nothing much you can do there I guess, just eat more kcal aren't wasted unless you are over 15% and do pump work then they are wasted

Rn i eat 2800-3400 kcal a day and 140 g protein i weihgt 63 kgs and are 182cm im 15

I would say im around 16-17% bf

bro at 15 and 182 nice, but do you actually eat 2800kcal per day? I mean you are young and your BMR should be high, but do you train hard or at all?
P.S. if you see the scale going up week by week, then just continue what you are doing, and let results speak for themselves

Im going gym 2-5 times a week it depends i play Football 2 times a week and have PE 3 times now i Weight 63,5 and When i started the bulk i weighted 57

I got an app where i count my calories and my goal is 2700 a day but it takes away what i burn so i usualy burn 200-300 cals from walking so then i have to eat 2900-3000

ok that's good, continue and just up the kcal a bit more aggressively it's fine

I dont want to get fat cuz im just 15 so i dont want to have to cut
