My mum is 4'9 so she's technically a dwarf and like 0.1 percentile for a woman

tbh it's less about the height sometimes and more about the overall looks. some women are 145cm and looks fine, good proportions and seems healthy. and some are 145cm and look like they have some genetic defect with awful proportions etc. under 142cm it's over because they don't have a chance to look 'normal'
