been gymcelling for about 2 years , longer than most people I'm my grade. despite this I have one of the worst physiques in the grade because my body doesn't wanna build muscle.
if I even had regular levels of myo I'd be jacked asf by now but I'm capped with having slow asf hypertrophy. the only silver lining is that I'm stronger than most of the grade despite looking like a twig so surprising people with it is fun
