My narrow maxilla ruined my life and my parents aren’t willing to tell my dentists about my problems

I have a narrow maxilla , overjet and a recessed mandible which caused me to have a deep bite but my recession isn’t noticeable. I’ve told my mum multiple times I struggle to. Teeth when doing proper tongue posture to try get her to take me to dentist. I also told them to get me healthier foods but tbey got me none so I’m just starving my self currently. I get teeth pain at night so I struggle to sleep. I’m gonna lose weight and use Aqualyx and pray that makes me look better. I have scelara show also due to it. My dentist last time told me all I need is “braces” and to wait 6months even though she clearly saw how deformed my face is and how igly
I am due to it. Tbey also make fun of me and refuse to let me get my mental health checked even though I’ve been clearly struggling. Does anyone know what to do?
