Context: I’m a 25 year old white guy, 5’9, 145 lbs, trying to bulk and get jacked and higher testosterone while maintaining holistic health and not sacrificing too much longevity.
I'm just getting more into this now, so lmk if y'all have any feedback or things you would add. Lmk if you're curious why I picked any of these. But I read all of the best of the best, a couple other books in this realm and this is where I landed as a mostly natty approach. This is largely geared toward increasing testosterone and dimorphism.

Lift:
- 5 days per week
- Push Pull Legs, 5:3:1 progressive overload
- Stretch a 3 times per week
- Working on the neck and traps as well
Skin
- Retin a before bed every day
- Cleansing- I use 2 previously dermatologist prescribed cleansers 1-2 times per day.
- Moisturizing with CeraVe PM (morning and evening)
- Sunscreen on face and neck, no sunscreen on rest of body while limiting sun exposure to less than 1 hour per day
- Walk outside in the sun for 30 minutes a day when it’s sunny (maybe twice a week in NYC winter)
- Mostly paleo with lots of meat, smoothies with milk and peanut butter, some fish, vegetables- mostly spinach and nuts. I shop almost exclusively at Whole Foods.
- 4 Raw eggs per day
- I use the microwave to heat up almost every meal
- 2.8-3 k calories per day
Misc:
- Trying to use natural household items like toothpaste, conditioner, floss wherever possible
- Sleep 7-8 hours per night with no alarm clock for the morning
- When I want sex drive to be high (most of the time) daily supplement which includes maca root, horny goat, ashwaghanda, penax ginseng, tribulus, saw palmetto, fenugreek, tongkat ali, shilajit, black pepper
- Tanning: Daily Betacarotene, Astaxanthin
- No porn (currently trying to quit)
- Alcohol once per week
- No weed or other drugs
- Meditate once per week, read nightly
- Drink out of steel water bottle, water filtered by berkey filter
- I don’t keep my phone in my pocket and wear wired headphones
- I have a beard and mustache. Not super strong or thick but it's something. I've been growing it for a couple of months to look older.
Things I want to incorporate next:
- Jiu jitsu/fighting
- Oura ring or something to better track sleep
- Dyed black hair (mine is currently brown)
- Heavy stubble (once I can grow)
- A few tattoos
- Considering: Melanotan II
