its hard to say because i always had injuries that lasted for months that made me fall back, but active i train for half a year again now at 5'9.5 or 5'10 (i measure again in 1-2 months becsuse im fixing my anterior pelvic tilt rn)

73kg rn aiming for 70-71

Don't know about that bulk you are talking about. On your height that width/muscle mass looks ideal, you can go into uncanny valley with too much muscle.
