My neck is fucked up

Ok, so I always wondered , why my face looks so fking weird at some photos and I discovered that I have weirdly twisted neck. Is it scoliosis and can it be treated even at 22 years old, or I just have to live with this for rest of my life? Also sorry for bad quality, my phone is a potato and light in my room doesn't help it either. If you dont see it at first, try to mirror the picture and compare it with original, it's actually fking hillarious. I would greatly appreciate any help, tip or experience with this.
