My neck is massive and make my jaw look small

I wouldn't exaggerating if i said my neck is as big as his neck. It's very wide, don't know why. It's cool but at the same time my jaw looks smaller than what really is.
What can i do ? no surgeries advice. I haven't done jaw exercises and my body fat is 15% more or less i guess.

i won't be more succesful for this small thing, it's just a minor improvement, i don't look bad, if it can be improved ok.

What I would give for my neck to grow apparently you have to keep training or it comes back to its original size
