apparently you need 12,7 and 16mm if u are fat (that is what a roider said when i asked abt what needle elngth should i use)

Exactly lmao, side delt is great but people can see it+ buildup of scar tissue will cause your side delt to look less striate, thats why ofter open category bodybuilder often dont have very striated glutes or delt, compared to natty bodybuilders

So yeah i would suggest just rotate your spot often
