She's a good looking slim brunette and lives in the apartment next to mine with her chad boyfriend. I live on the third floor and heard some noise on the street, so I lifted one of my blinds to peek out. I saw her standing down there with her dog, and a few seconds later she literally looked STRAIGHT up at my window and must have seen the one open blind close down as I jumped away. I'm shaking with adrenaline right now and feel so embarassed
