My neighbour has the best ganja

He is old , retired , lives on pension money , used to be a heroin addict in the past but quit heroin n replaced it with ganja . Now he smokes ganja on a daily basis. The whole apartment stinks of ganja cause he smokes right outside the door. He plans to move to Spain and live there with his pension money.

He let me join a couple times and smoked with him for free

He told me "I have been in the game for a long time , I have the best ganja" yesterday when we smoked together .

The police fines are expensive. Thats the only reason I don't take opiates. Can't risk the police fines. One pill of subutex got me a 500 dollar police fine once. Which is why I quit opiates
