I have started a new regime for collagen synthesis, with the aim of reducing my acne scarring (medium-deep scars) and fine lines around eyes etc. (I am a dinosaur at 23 y/o).
I purchased injectable ghk-cu, then after researching it realised that injecting ghk-cu is DUMB, unless you are over like 35 (and thus your collagen prodcution has tailed off).
However, I believe topical to be a great method. Thus, I am now apply hyraulic acid on my face (moisturises and improves permeability) and then applying a couple mg of ghk-cu onto my face. This way it is far stronger than some 1% ghk-cu serum that you can buy from the shops.
Once a month I will also dermastamp/ dr.pen at 1mm on my face, and follow it up with ghk-cu.
I will document the before and after if I can be bothered, I think this will have great results.
I may also drink bone broth weekly, to ensure my body has all the collagen ingredients it need to repair.
