You need 2 more things (1 if you don't care about smile lines) to use with this:
A rubber band (Smaller the size more the pressure is)
Double sided tape (To avoid smile lines)

So the first step is to tear the rubber band and tie it after passing it through both of the hooks.
This is how it should look like:

Then you need to cut 2 pieces of double sided tape and remove one side of them only. (Or just use a really strong tape, I don't have any right now)
Stretch the skin here and put on the tape individually so they hold the stretch in these areas:

So your final setup should look like this:

Now let's get to the the pros:

1. The pressure is sooooo much more than the old one.

Yea this shit isn't gonna work I tried using a rubber band but it pulls laterally outward as opposed to toawrd the back of your head and providing any sort of stretch. Good if you want to use as handles with your own hands to stretch so your fingers dont get wet and warm hooked inside your mouth manual stretching it though.

so I had it printed but the holes which you put the rubber band in are kinda tight idk if its a printing mistake but im trying very hard to tie them good, in a week's time ill start this fully and hopefully document it
