I dont know what my next cycle should be and I will do test I just cant find anywhere how much test I should take to not deform my face and turn into a body builder bloated gym cell I am thinking somewhere around like 165-200 and then here is the main problem I dont know what I should run with the test anavar or dianabol maybe halo like I just cant figure out what my next stack would be I want a dorian/david laid physique like I dont want some rich piana massive build I want a nice aesthetic build so then at the same time I can have a slim face showing cheek bones and a good jaw and I am planning on taking aqualex or lemon bottle I know aqualex is better but I am willing to take anything so I can tell you guys and help you and tell you the risks and the side affects I felt off of this amount ML just here to get goodlooking but also help people along the way but if you have any answers let me know
 
The biggest mistake in that whole “aesthetic cycle” mindset is thinking your face changes just from the mg number alone.
The bloated “gym cell” look usually comes way more from:
  • high estrogen → water retention in the face
  • high sodium / junk food
  • pushing bodyweight up too fast
  • higher body fat
  • poor sleep / cortisol
  • compounds that hold extra water
  • (especially from too strong and complex compounds that beginners dont know how to handle)
So it’s less about the exact testosterone dose and more about controlling water, estrogen, and body fat.
For the David Laid / Dorian aesthetic look, the real factors are:
  • low body fat
  • wide shoulders + upper chest
  • back width
  • small waist
  • staying lean while gaining slowly
  • keeping the face dry and bodyfat low
That’s why Dianabol usually works against this goal, because it often gives that round watery face and fuller look.
For this kind of physique, the best stack logic is usually:
keep the base test moderate, gain slowly, and avoid compounds that make you spill water.it also depends how much you you want to achieve and how mich time u wsnt to take.
The face and jawline are way more influenced by:
  • staying lean
  • consistent sodium
  • not dirty bulking
  • stable sleep
  • low inflammation
  • not letting estrogen swing hard
So the answer is basically:
the aesthetic look comes more from how lean and dry you stay during the gain, not from trying to find some “magic stack”. If i where u i would basically run 400 test (and maybe microdose tren bc it doesn't convert to estrogen)
 
okay thank you this is actually good advice and I will take this into consideration but then again how would I minimise the side affects for the tren and test I can easily do research for it but do you have experience taking these and do you have any advice on these 2 for the side affects part?
