What's your current diet doing this? You will still wipe down with a wash cloth and a cleaning agent I assume right? Because you can still effectively clean yourself without taking a shower

If you are doing legit no shower no cleaning you gotta do raw carnivore with muscle meat and organs because you won't really want to detox toxins on no shower, and nothing to create odors. If you do cleaning but no shower you should be fine on any diet
