My nose collagen isn’t progressing with rest of face

My nose has bumps, big pores, etc that make my nose quality look subhuman. The rest of my face seems to be progressing with Tretinoin but my nose seems like it’s lagging behind, how do I fix

yeah the skin on the nose always seems to take longer for some reason. If I get acne on the nose, it can legit take months for it to fully go away. It is what it is. Stay patient brother
