my nose is slightly big but i recently got eczema cream for my fingers but i saw sometimes it causes skin thinning or whatvr can i use it on nose?

its a steroid cream i think 0.5 triamcinolone acetonide ointment got it from dermatologist for fingers but i am also going for my acne soon
