my nose is the same width as my lips

everyone i see in public has lips that are wider than their mouths.

I have somewhat made my lips fuller and wider by consistently exfoliating them, stretching, and sometimes using a derma roller on them Then use hydrocortisone on your nose and hope it works, it hasn't for me.

yea im a fat nose cel too but hydrocortisone just slims it though right?

i need it to be more narrow, which id need to get alarplasty for.

It thins the skin with consistent use which would make the alars less wide, improving the nose width to mouth width ratio. Being a mouth to nose cel is so brutal, its very neotenous.
