My nose keeps getting bigger

The last year I remember my nose was slighty smaller
Now when I see myself I notice my nose is becoming bulbous
I can even see it in some pics, I'm 24 why my nose has not stopped growing.

depending on how long your philtrum is, if you grow enough facial hair there it gives the illusion your nose is bigger

your nose doesn’t actually get bigger past puberty that’s a myth. same with the ears. it just appears larger because gravity causes the cartilage to sag making ears and nose appear droopy. your nose at 25 is probably the same nose you will have for the rest of your life (except for minor changes)


also do you have thicker skin? if you go for rhino you will need a cartilage graft if you want a more pointy or refined nasal tip. it’s usually taken from the septum and will require some external support post-op. swelling is also something to consider and most surgeons will recommend taping your nose every night for at least 6 months to help with the swelling
