your eyes could use some work too, especially the right one in the picture. The middle of your nose (from the center of dorsum to the tip) needs to be reduced. Skin needs to be cleared up too. Your lips, facial structure, eyebrows, and spacing are great.

Slightly bulbous and downturned. Also the middle bone part is a bit too wide. The bone can be made slimmer and the nose upturned no issue. Just the bulbous tip is harder to refine. You should scout for a very good surgeon.
