My nose lip ratio got raped by acne

Jfl it went from 1.45 to 1.30 after acne
Its gonna get worse with taz but i hope i can go back to 1.45 or go 1.50

an easier fix than thin lips, you can get rhino. I feel like i’ve not seen many good results from commissuroplasty
