No jfl there are no "DIY" cosmetic surgeries. If you have a dorsal hump, that's cartilage that has to be cut out. Hydrocortisone works for making the nose less inflamed but not changing the shape

ig the shape ain't too bad if it wasn't as bloated, so hydrocortisone could work at least to an extent, js checking it wasn't js cope
