So for starters, I had to get a nose surgery because my airways were completely obstructed due to various sources of obstruction in the nose, with the inclusion of the structure of the nose itself.
See, for reasons unbeknownst to me Ive had a very nig nose, with no support for the tip, valves, or the nostrils. Consequently, the augmentation of the nose such that I can breathe properly has kinda left me looking pig nosed with a recessed radix. Im not used to the look but it *is* better and it does satisfy my expectations for functionality; I just don't know much better a pig nose is than looking like I do Masai jumps in western Africa

Obviously there's a lot of swelling so I'm going to withhold my final decision for a revision after jaw surgery until then, and I've also gained a decent +1 to my IPD thanks to all the fucking swelling.
