lmao im getting surgery for it thats why most people already have deviated septums (septum nasal line in middle of skull shifts off centre) this pushes your cartilage and nasal bones in wrong directions leading to your nose slowly getting worse over time usually appears at 16-21

yes go to an ent if you are in the uk i can tell you exactly how to actually make them do it also it wont be rhino this is commonly larped its usually septoplasty with turbinate reduction and or septal spur shaving very rarely they do cartilage grafting which makes it septorhinoplasty mine is covered by insurance but still have to pay theatre and ct scans

Kind of cope but it's a real thing if you have the jaw and forward growth to go alongside a big nose, which you do so I wouldn't worry about it

first ask for endoscopy AND ct make sure you have them on file best way is to call insurance (thats the way it works for me) and say that a licensed ent said you need surgery as youre deviation is bad just lie as much as possible say difficulty breathing, whistling from nose, if you pull nose up you breathe better, obstructed airway, nosebleeds and such and dry mouth upon waking this is the best method otherwise they dont take you seriously they might give you steroid sprays at the start as well they are useless dont ask directly for surgery just act like you want it if available but you get me

the ent will most likely write a letter sometimes they will sort it out for you sometimes they make you call insurance and you connect them to pay

and not necessarily

and yeah i can tell lmao septal spurs only come from deviation nothing will fix it unless you get surgery or Cauterization
