My nostrils are constantly flared

I thought they were really wide, but it’s just cos they flare out any time I breathe in the slightest bit harder than usual, or when moving etc

Apparently this isn’t normal and suggests an issue with your breathing, yet my airflow is completely fine. My nostrils are just almost permanently about 25% larger than they are at rest

theres an easy fix for this.

The “fix” is botox, since it’s a muscle issue. I’m not getting botox every few months

i had a flared nostril too and i fixed it without botox.

I don’t mean the structure of my nostril is flared at rest, and thus in alarplasty territory. The muscles just easily contract and flare them out from their original position

yes, i had the latter too. i fixed it in 2 weeks.

It involved lifting stuff
I just get breathless randomly, like currently. Usually happens when I go up stairs too

Also, I used to be really fit as a kid and then later started feeling really unfit when playing football, despite training and playing 1-3x a week and not being that sedentary otherwise, and being borderline underweight

Nah but I did have an echocardiogram for my heart cos of chest pain and a very faint innocent murmur, but it was fine
