My nutrient max supplement stack

obviously this stack does not outcompete eating highly nutritious food like meat and dairy and other foods

im 17 and the point of this stack is basically to boost my nutrition with the highly nutritious food im already getting in some way.


here’s my stack

(morning)
vitamin d3 4000Iu
vitamin k2 100mcg
calcium citrate 500-650mg
kcl 750-1000mg
collagen peptides 10g
lactoferrin 300mg

(afterschool / midday)
calcium citrate 500-650mg
collagen peptides 5-10g

(night time / before bed)
zinc 15mg
glycine 6-3g
magnesium glycinate 240mg

please give some recommendations on what i should increase or decrease or add to my stack or remove 🤔

Oh also the collagen peptides are Hydrolyzed bovine collagen peptides

Explain why u need collagen supplementation at 17?, they only have an effect once ur like in ur 30s. Have a look at the collagen drop off chart and ud understand.

Add fishoils, even if u eat fish theres no way u can eat fish everyday without a bit of mercury poisoning.

also when talking about adding to ur stack, what is ur goal? Boost test? Boost energy? Boost productivity? Skin health?

I don’t eat fish. but why would you reccomend fish oils essentially?

And the goal of my stack is to basically maximize nutrition during puberty to ensure proper development in bone growth, test, and with the benefit of having better skin and just being healthy in general. also some other supplements like kcl is to help with bloating.

yes my growth plates are open and me taking this even if it’s a little amount improvement i’m fine with that, its better then Ldaring all day.

just did some research on fish oils and this seems to look very beneficial, somehow didn’t know about this. thank you. 👍

Id reccomend the fishoils, along with boron (extremely cheap),

Id reccomend the fishoila suprised u didnt know about its like the second most popualr supplement, id then add creatinw cause its literally the goat of everything (u wont bloat unless ur dehydrated daily) and lastly add boron its super cheap and has a variety of benifits including test.

Also a electroylte with like 1g pottasium will help u ascend

calcium citrate 500-650mg / Drink Milk

collagen peptides 5-10g

fish oils Omega-3s 1280mg | Total fat 2g

5g creatine

lactoferrin 300mg



(night time / before bed)

zinc 15mg

glycine 6-3g

magnesium glycinate 240mg

no since it’s a low dose of zinc and i’ve been having trouble finding a proper copper supplement that is a low enough dose that matches the 1:15 ratio for taking copper and zinc and is a specific kind of copper supplement.
 
you think collagen is worth it i wanna needa order my stuff again and im thinking about trying some new shit
Collegan peptides have tons of amino acids and nutrients its kind of like taking a multi vitamin but designed for certain things, for me preferably skin and bone.

Was only thinking about using it for the skin benefits but im already running accutane so i dont really know if its worth

look into it more tbh, like do more research so you don’t waste money

@Steezyz.z ur overthinking the ratio imo. just grab some basic copper glycinate or picolinate, dose it around 1-2mg. the whole 1:15 thing is kinda maxxer lore more than hard science for most people. focus on actual deficiencies if u have symptoms, not theoretical ratios.
