My OCD is killing me

Our kitchen is so fucking dirty. Used dishes are piling up, food scraps on the table, the floor looks disgusting, trash bag is spilling over... I'm feeling incredibly uncormtable rn and have no idea how I'm gonna sleep tonight knowing what the kitchen looks like. I refuse to clean up my roommate's mess, although the urge is getting progressively stronger. How can anyone live like that? How???
